We seek to empower Nepali entrepreneurs by creating market for their goods and developing sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem. This center provides on-the-job training and employment opportunities to at-risk youth and women by sharpening their skills to interact, build and connect.

That’s what we offer at Higher Ground Bakery. You just don’t get to appease your craving taste buds but also your conscience as you will be lifting a person’s life towards a better future. The survivors are placed at Bakery where they learn to bake cakes, make coffees and strengthen their lives through life skills. We offer jobs and training to youth at risk, disengaged students, with high schools, community groups and at-risk individuals. A percentage of profit is routed to HGCDN in its life-transforming projects.A sustainable business with good food and an opportunity to restore lives of ‘at risk’ youths.
